•    I have +25 years of experience, +18 in Public Procurement (+15 as Public Procurement Expert), I instructed a number of more than 100 professionals in Public Procurement.

•    I was Lecturer on over 10 Training Programs for contracting authorities for a number of more than 100 procurement professionals.

•    I have elaborated internal procedures for contracting authorities, and I have experience in project Funding through PHARE and ISPA and CF/ERDF projects

•    Expert in Public Procurement Legislation and relevant EU Directives;

•    I was a lecturer at the postgraduate course ”Expert in Public Procurement” with 20 universitary credits ;

•    I have developed procedures and instructions relating to public procurement.

•    Through quick and consistent interpretation of the legislation I have reduced by 18%.investment expenses for maintenance of pre-university schools in Brasov,

•    I have implemented, in the West Region of Romania, 8 projects with funding from World Bank funds, projects with Phare grant in the amount of 1,000,000 euro.

•    Key Note Speaker at Western Balkan Circular and Climate Innovation Beacons ”CE Beacons” event, held online on 14th October 2020, with title: The European Green Deal - Implications and impacts on public procurement

•    I was a lecturer in three editions, one in December 2020 and two in 2021, in March and October for training courses on 'World Bank Procedures', international course sessions, in English, with international participation, 13 countries from 4 continents, 55 participants) organized by the International Development Institute, Washington DC, USA.
