Liviu is a skilled attorney with more than 10 years experience in consultancy and court representation. Liviu assists and represents clients in front of the Romanian courts of law at any level of jurisdiction, in civil, employment, commercial and administrative disputes, as well as in insolvency procedures.

Also, Liviu offers legal services in the field of construction legislation, during the negotiation, signing or execution of joint ventures and works contracts, in the pre or post contractual phase, as well as in contesting building authorizations. 

With regards to the labour law, he has an extensive experience in both advising clients in the negotiation phase of collective or individual employment contracts, and also in various individual or class actions.
