Descrierea activității consultantului

-          Extensive experience in structuring and implementing various real estate transactions; the relevant practice includes assisting the parties during negotiations, advising on various corporate and tax matters associated with the structuring of the transaction, preparing transaction documents, post closing assistance etc.

-          Experience in advising on various legal aspects associated with the daily operations of Romanian joint stock and limited liability companies; rendering legal assistance in connection with the commercial operations of the companies, including preparing various commercial contracts and legal advice related to the performance of the respective contracts. Experience in setting-up new companies, amending the structure thereof - preparing all the legally required documents, representing the client during the registration with the relevant authorities and obtaining the required authorizations and licenses for operation.

-          Experience in the privatization of companies owned by the state, mainly performing legal due diligence reports on such companies as well as advising on various spin-off processes.

-          Experience in coordonating and supervising legal departments of a group of companies owned by a large foreign fund.
