As dori , pe cat posibil sa ma lamuriti si pe mine privitor cu urmatoarea lege :

" Persoanele care isi izoleaza locuintele pe cheltuiala proprie vor fi scutite de la plata impozitului aferent acesteia pentru o perioada de minim 7 ani, potrivit unui act normativ publicat joi in Monitorul Oficial.
Legea nr. 158/2011 pentru aprobarea Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvenului nr. 18/2009 privind cresterea performantei energetice a blocurilor de locuinte a fost publicata in Monitorul Oficial, Partea I, Nr. 503, din 14 iulie 2011.

Prin actul normativ, Ordonantei de Urgenta nr.18/2009 i s-a adus un amendament care prevede ca proprietarii apartamentelor din blocurile de locuinte si ai imobilelor care au executat lucrari de interventie pe cheltuiala proprie sa beneficieze, in conditiile legii, de scutire de la plata a impozitului aferent locuintei pe o perioada de minimum 7 ani, pe baza auditului energetic prin care se certifica realizarea recomandarilor propuse de catre auditorul energetic pentru cladiri.
De asemenea, a fost inclusa si inchiderea balcoanelor/logiilor cu tamplarie performanta energetic printre lucrarile de interventie pentru izolarea termica a blocurilor de locuinte construite dupa proiecte elaborate in perioada 1950-1990."

Referitor la aceasta lege as avea 3 intrebari la care v-as ruga sa ma ajutati :

1) Cui si unde ar trebui sa ne adresam pentru a putea beneficia de aceasta lege?
2) Trebuie sa avem impozitul platit la zi pentru a beneficia de aceasta lege ?
3) Daca izolatia apartamentului este mai veche de 4 ani , se mai aplica aceasta lege ?

Stiu ca sunt niste infractori precum cei cu cardurile bancare folosite in strainatate si mai nou si la noi in tara , as dori un sfat sa stiu cum pot sa nu mai primesc astfel de e-mail-uri sau ce ar trebui sa fac .

As dori sa stiu daca un atestat pentru paza obtinut in Romania este valabil si in U.E. , mai precis in Spania ?
