Property Management Associate

Our client is a successfully expanding grocery chain store company.

Your tasks:
After having successfully completed our on-the-job training you will carry out location studies independently, keep close contact with authorities, investors and business partners, and supervise the asset of chain stores regarding property management matters.

Your profile:
College or university degree or relevant work experience in the area of property management
German language speaker- advanced level
You possess knowledge of constructional planning legislation and have ideally experience with real estate acquisition
You work cost-conscious, efficient and you are good at implementation
You have strong oral and written communication skills
You have the ability to organize yourself effectively
You are enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and show superior commitment
