TenarisSilcotub is looking for Lawyer/Legal Advisor

TenarisSilcotub is the leading Romanian producer of small diameter seamless steel pipes used in the mechanical industry, automotive, oil&gas, chemical and petrochemical industry, power industry. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Romania, in Zalãu – seamless pipes manufacturing, with an annual production capacity of 180,000 tons of seamless pipes, and in Cãlãraºi - steel making, with an annual production capacity of 470,000 tons of steel.

We are searching for a Lawyer/Legal Advisor for our office in Bucuresti with the following:

Accountabilities

• Provides legal advice to internal clients under the supervision of the Legal Manager;
• Drafts legal documents related mainly to corporate, commercial and labor matters;
• Drafts and / or provides primary supervision of corporate documents drafted internally;
• Interacts with external counsel on a daily basis for follow-up of pending legal matters;
• Organizes the legal archive and documents being produced on a daily basis (contracts, corporate documents, labor agreements, letters sent to authorities, various legal correspondence);
• Keeps track of filings in the various litigation cases and integrates the resulting documents into the legal archive;
• Assists in the management and monitoring of the budget;
• Structures the info’s for the legal department reports;
• Legislative research (laws, doctrine, jurisprudence) necessary internally.

Requirements

• Law university degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in acknowledged law firms/multinational companies/consultancy firms
• Previous experience in real estate, general commercial, corporate and labor law;
• Willingness to learn and develop professional abilities;
• Good communication skills, ability to interact efficiently with internal clients and external counsel;
• Ability to work under tight schedules

• Advanced English, both spoken and written, with emphasis on legal terminology;
