The reputable multinational law firm Herzfeld & Rubin is looking for lawyers for the Junior Associate and Senior Associate positions for its Bucharest office.

Rubin, Meyer, Doru & Trandafir SCPA (“RMDT”) is the Bucharest office of the reputable multinational law firm Herzfeld & Rubin. RMDT is a well-known internationally active business law firm, whose experienced attorneys are trained and have experience in a wide variety of legal matters.

The main areas of practice in which RMDT activates are Antitrust, Corporate, Energy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Privatizations, Restitution, Finance and Capital Markets.

We are looking to expand our team, thus, we are searching for a Junior Associate and a Senior Associate for our office in Bucharest, with the following:

What we seek:

The applicants should meet the following requirements:
- to have graduated from a reputable foreign or national Faculty of Law;
- to have a solid knowledge of civil and commercial law
- fluency in English;
- good knowledge of another foreign language is a plus;
- good team work skills;
- highly motivated and eager individual;
- be able to handle tight deadlines and work well under pressure;
- take charge and strive towards exceeding expectations;
- no minimal experience required for the position of Junior Associate, but it is a plus;
- 3 years of minimum experience in a law firm with involvement in international projects (Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate, Real Estate, Antitrust or Capital Markets and so on) for the position of Senior Associate.
