Buna ziua! Problema mea este urmatoare... In urma unui accident, un membru al familiei mele a decedat... in cele din utma tribunal a hotarat ca vinovatul sa plateasca o anumita suma (daune morale si materiale) ... procesul a fost trecut pe numele sotiei... problema este ca aceasta a plecat in timpul procesului din tara... acum dupa finalizarea procesului refuza sa vina in tara, si astfel banii nu se pot lua de catre familie, adica cei care s-au implicat cu adevarat sentimental si financiar... intrebarea este daca se poate face ceva, pt a obtine acesti bani alt membru al familiei de preferabil mama decedatului... Repet sotia nu a participat cu nimic la proces, de la bun inceput....
