Law society din Mare Britanie!

Ati auzit ca in Marea Britanie au facut mai usoara accederea la nivelul de solicitor si barrister...si chiar intr-un fel cele 2 profesii s-au unificat...in sensul ca daca pleci absolvent de la noi din Romania...conform Bologna...te pot echivala acolo ca solicitor dupa un test de un fel de drept civil+comercial....si apoi activezi 2 ani ..si tadaaa...Barrister...:D engleza numai sa sti :) B-)

Acel `un fel de test` din dreptul civil si comercial ....e cam greutz!!:)Ca doar la noi cati absolventi de drept avem, toti ar fi prin Anglia.Engleza aprope toti o stiu, ore intensive particulare de limba se pot face pentru a lua testul Cambridge....OAre de ce nu e un exod in aceasta directie?Simplu:examen greu, locuri limitate pentru cei veniti abroad s.a.m.d.

btw la englezi nu se discuta despre drept civil ci despre common law, poate din cauza acestor diferente majore testul e mai greu; (cunosc imprejurarea ca, common law e tot un fel de drept civil insa, in mare, stiu si diferentele).

If you are enquiring on how to qualify as a solicitor of England & Wales
I have included the route you will be required to follow as an overseas
student. This is through the conversion course, the Common Professional
Examination (CPE)/ Post-Graduate Diploma in Law (PGDL). The courses are
offered on a one-year full time or two-year part time basis. Once you
have successfully completed the course you will need to take the Legal
Practice Course (LPC) followed by a two-year training contract with an
authorised firm of solicitors.

If you intend to pursue this route we will need the following documents:

a certified true copy of your degree certificate,
a certified true copy of your degree transcript,
an official translation of both if they are not in English.

Please send these to the Professional Competence Team, Solicitors
Regulation Authority (SRA), Ipsley Court, Redditch B98 0TD. On
satisfactory receipt a certificate of academic standing will be issued
and you will be eligible to commence the course. The institutions that
offer the CPE/PGDL are listed on our website at www.sra.org.uk.
